Earlier Google announced that Motorola Mobility has been sold to Lenovo for approximately $2.91 billion Dollars. But the some patents of the Motorola will not be sold to Lenovo and will be in hand of the Google. Remaining 2,000 patents, trademarks and the Motorola brand will be sold to the Lenovo. Google acquired the Motorola in the year 2012 for $12.5 billion. After that Motorola launched Moto X and Moto G but still the company was in loss.
Lenovo is a Chinese electronic company which is the leading Laptops and Computers manufacture in the world. In United States Motorola is the 3rd largest smartphones manufacturer.
